Based in Romford, we are looking for a Transfer Agent to join our team on a full time permanent contract. The hours of work are Monday to Friday between 9 am – 6 pm and Saturday 9 am – 11:45 am. You will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.

It will be your job to contact potential new customers for varied Insurance or Financial products. You will gain information from the customer and transfer the call to the relevant Insurance or Financial Partner. The nature of the role is to ensure that all calls are handled effectively, professionally, and promptly. This is a fast-paced role, so attention to detail and being well organised whilst remaining calm under pressure is essential.

This role would suit someone who is an excellent communicator and is always keen to deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities.

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Previous Administration / Contact Centre Experience (Not Essential)
• Good Organisation Skills
• Interpersonal Skills, along with ability work well within a team.
